HOW TO USE WORM CASTINGS
Use castings on potted plants, flower gardens, vegetable gardens, herb gardens, roses, lawns & trees, compost piles, or anywhere you want healthier plants & soil. It won't burn even the most delicate plants, so you don't have to worry about using too much.
POTTING MIX: Use 1 part castings to 3 parts potting soil
COMPOST PILES: Spread castings between each new compost layer.
ROSES: Mix 4 cups of castings into soil 2-3 inches belong surface of each plant OR around stem on top of ground and cover with soil or mulch.
NEW PLANTINGS: Cover bottom of the plant hole with 2 to 4 inches and seed furrows with 1-2 inches of castings.
TOP DRESSING: Use 2-3 inches of castings on top of the soil around each plant. Cover with soil to keep the UV rays from killing the micro-organisms OR dig down 3 -4 inches around the stem and put 2-3 inches of castings around stem and cover with soil.
